About the Host
As a professional businesswoman, Roz Harris, struggled with with managing weight loss for years. As a yo-yo dieter, she realized that different diets and fitness routines provide limited results. After losing and gaining the same 50 pounds over and over again, Roz decided ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH. Roz began private client coaching, meal planning and reasearching to help others and herself STOP YO YO DIETING. It was her passion that led to speaking opportunities on weight loss and management with corporate partners. She also secured clients for personal training, which has led her to owning and operating a fitness studio in Fishers, Indiana. There she touches the lives of 120 amazing women each week and hopes to touch your life in the same manner.
